On Top Roofing recently put a new roof on my house and I have been very satisfied with their work. Anthony Parks, the job foreman, was easy to deal with, made suggestions, and went above and beyond to get the job done right. They've learned over the years what works with heavy snow loads including using adequate water and ice shield, valley metal, and eave metal where necessary. Other companies I've dealt with want to under bid and use less water and ice shield, etc. The inital installed cost may be less, but the home owner will suffer in the long run. I am happy to talk with anyone about my experience with On Top.

Just wanted to thank you for the job you did, both on the roof and the siding that needed to be replaced. While your bid was very completive, a big reason that I chose On Top Roofing was that you noticed that the south siding needed to be replaced. I had known this for quite some time but your concern for the quality of the end product and the quality of the roofing you provide sold me on having On Top do both the siding and the roof.
Not having any work done on the house for a long time, I was not quite sure what to expect. That first day after your crew tore off 1/3 of the roof and dried that in before a weekend of heavy rain at first gave me pause. Looking at what you had done, with the result of not a dop of water getting through provided my wife and myself with much relief. We were able to then look forward to the rusted metal roof that would soon go on.
Over the course of the next week I noticed how hard your crew worked. They always cleaned up every day and were helpful with my naive questions. Thank them for their work from me.
We are very pleased with the new siding and the wonderful roof. It looks great! Can't wait til the snow flies and starts sliding off. Thank goodness that old cedar shake roof is off the house, good riddance.

After this particularly harsh winter our roof of 20+ years was showing its age. We knew we needed a replacement of the shingles, some worn and cracked siding and new gutters. Thus finding the most professional contractor with experience in replacing roofs and siding in the Park City environment was our goal. We first checked the "Big Box" offers and then called "On Top Roofing" on the recommendation of a neighbor who had used them.
What a difference. Owner Dave Gebo climbed on the roof for a detailed assessment of what was needed. He sized up the shingle, siding and gutter situation and gave us a timely and accurate bid on what it would take to do the job. Even making suggestions on how we could assist with expediting the job and save money by buying and painting the needed siding replacement boards. Also he suggested that we could reuse the existing heat tape which was in good condition. We accepted the bid and after the expeditious submittal of building permits, work started in a few days.
The crew was fantastic. They worked rapidly and efficiently to minimize the disruption of our daily routine from noise and construction debris. They were considerate of the fragile landscaping and cleaned up after each day on the roof. Being very experienced with the ice damage that can affect houses in this area; they reinforced the roof/siding joints that were most susceptible. Money was saved by carefully replacing only the roof panels and siding boards that were damaged. A venting structure was installed, along the crest of the roof, so as to increase the durability of the new shingles.
The bottom line is that we got a lot more from "On Top Roofing" than just new shingles. Their experience and quality construction methods have given our 35 year old house improved curb appeal as well as a new lease on life. I would recommend them to anyone needing a full service roofing contractor who will work with you to establish the best solution for your requirement.

Park City Fire Dept has been working with On Top Roofing & Sheet Metal Design since 2000. Over the years, we have employed them to do emergency leak repairs, install pipe diverters, install gutter, snow retention as well as re-roof two of our fire stations.
We have been very happy with the work they've done over the years.
